A North Devon Cookbook
The Trust helped to fund the publication of 'A North Devon Cookbook'. This cookbook connects what we eat with what we see around us - from Ruby Red Beef to the Mazzard Cherry. The cookbook was launched at the North Devon Plus Food Fair in October 2013. The countryside is not a museum, but a working and living area that not only looks great but tastes great too. This booklet uses traditional food and traditional recipes, often passed down through the generations. The book was written by members of University of the Third Age. Order a copy here |
